FIRST JOB: I come from a close-knit, Italian family, so my first job was babysitting for relatives.

HOW/WHY CHOSE FIELD: I started working in bookkeeping at age 14. From there, my commitment to have my own accounting firm to support clients in the creation of their wealth became clear.

MOST PROUD OF: Taking the plunge to start my own business.

KEYS TO SUCCESS: Listening - really, really listening; validating clients' values and opinions; and keeping up with technology.

LIFE LESSON: Quality relationships result from taking 100% responsibility.
