FIRST JOB: I worked with my mother who was an entrepreneur.

HOW CHOSE FIELD: I enjoy taking care of people, especially the elderly.

PROUD OF: Starting my own business; providing services to help others.

DEFINING CAREER MOMENT: I had been working as a nurse at a rehab facility. One day it became crystal clear that if I started my own company, I could offer even more to help elderly people.

KEYS TO SUCCESS: Determination and hard work.

MOTIVATORS: My family and also the elderly. I love waking up every morning knowing I will make a difference in the quality of their lives.

I WISH I HAD KNOWN YEARS AGO: I probably should have started my business earlier, but everything happens in its own time.

LIFE LESSON: Life is short; do the things you have always wanted to do.

BIGGEST INFLUENCE: My mother because she was a hard working woman.

LEADERSHIP TIP: Do the best you can in the life that God gave you. Also, a smile goes a long way.

BEST ADVICE RECEIVED: Take care of yourself, because if you don't, you won't be able to help others who are in need.
