FIRST JOB: I was a beach Tagger in Sea Isle City, NJ at age 13.

HOW CHOSE FIELD: I wanted to work in a corporate environment whereI could utilize my people skills and have a positive impact on clients as a call center consultant. When I founded CCI, I combined my call center experience with my vision to help companies increase their bottom line and enhance the customer experience.

PROUD OF: The lasting relationships that I have cultivated throughout my career and as a Make Mine a Million Dollar Business (M3) awardee.

DEFINING CAREER MOMENT: Founding CCI was a defining career momentfor me professionally and personally. I decided I wanted to be responsible for my own destiny and took my father's advice to always follow my heart.

LIFE LESSON: The difference between stumbling blocks and stepping stones is how you use them.

BIGGEST INFLUENCE: My father for his work ethic and integrity, and my mother for the life lessons she taught me.
